Who qualifies for this program? This program is open to Breast Cancer Survivors/Patients who reside in South Carolina.
What needs to be done to submit a request? An application must be completed.
How can an individual be referred?
Referrals to Embracing U can be submitted by:
- Self-referral
- Embracing U Board of Director member
- Family/Friends
- Community Outreach Partners
Funds from this program are used to provide breast cancer survivors/patients with goods and/or services for their personal needs. Each application submitted is reviewed by Board of Directors.
Breast Cancer/Breast Health Assistance Program
Who qualifies for this program? This program is open to Breast Cancer survivors/patients and individuals that are uninsured and under insured in South Carolina.
What needs to be done to submit a request? An application must be completed.

Funds from this program are used to off set cost of payment for breast cancer treatment, physician visits, diagnostic procedures related to diagnosis of breast cancer. Each application submitted is reviewed by Board of Directors.
